The Triad Longevity Academy is led by Dr. Obinna Eleweanya, a clinician with 34 years of versatile clinical experience, who founded the School of Healthy Lifestyle in 2017 with like-minded lifestyle medicine physicians while pursuing advanced training with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
The long-term strategic objectives of the Academy are to promote public awareness of healthy habits that positively influence health span by advocating the tenets and pillars of lifestyle medicine.
This aims to empower people to become their best healthcare providers. The academy, through online courses, digital products, e-books, podcasts, social media, YouTube, and much more, purposefully equips individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to make better health decisions that are specific to their unique status for long-term sustenance as a way of life rather than fleeting ads.
